We have flats suitable for families, couples, both inside the historical centre and outside the city walls, to offer everyone a pleasant stay in Florence, depending on their needs.

We have several ways of booking and depending on the period the cancellation policies may also change, from the most restrictive to those that allow cancellation up to 7 days before the stay at no cost.

All our properties are equipped with a linen change service, free wifi, espresso machine etc., as well as all the services and accessories listed in the individual flats

We guarantee check-in service within the times specified in the individual flats. Beyond these times, self check-in will be available

For certain luxury flats only, we ask for a security deposit, included in the contract, which will be returned at the end of the stay

We are not responsible for items forgotten in the flats, but if they are found after checkout by the cleaning staff, they will be kept by us
